The house features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, plus a sofa bed in the living room that comfortably sleeps two additional guests. This is a spacious and fully furnished home, thoughtfully equipped with Wi-Fi, smart TV, a full kitchen, in-unit laundry, and all the essentials for a comfortable stay.

Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, the home offers easy access to local stores, hospitals, restaurants, and major roadways, making it an ideal choice for both short-term and extended stays.

Sandalwood Drive continues to stand out for well-maintained homes, communal pride, and close-knit neighbors—traits typical of one of the city's first and most prestigious streets.

We regularly visit El Centro to spend time with our elderly parents and continue to enjoy staying in our Sandalwood house during those visits. It's a peaceful and comfortable space that we hope you’ll enjoy just as much.

Side note: the property includes a fully independent, attached studio— with a private and secure entrance. Occupied year-round by respectful long-term tenants. Not share any interior space with the main house and do not impact your privacy or security in any way.

Guest access

As guests, you will have full access to all areas described in the listing and your dedicated parking space in the driveway.
